Installation Page or Loader Does Not Open

Use a VPN if the installation page or loader fails to load or explicitly asks you to connect through one.

  • Download TunnelBear.

  • Install and open TunnelBear.

  • Connect to a VPN location.

  • Reopen the installation page or loader.

  • Continue the setup after the page or loader loads successfully.

Note

Disconnect the VPN after setup only if the loader no longer requires it.
