Synthera Docs is a documentation and setup-support site. This page describes, in plain terms, what we collect when you use it.
What we collect
We record a small number of anonymous, aggregate product events — when a purchase link is opened, when a download link is opened, and when a search is run (including whether it returned results). We do not store the text of your search queries alongside your IP address, and we do not build a profile of individual visitors.
What we don’t collect
We don’t require an account to browse this site, and we don’t collect payment information here — purchases happen on the separate Synthera storefront.
Cookies
The public site does not set tracking cookies. The admin panel uses a single essential, HTTP-only session cookie required to keep an administrator signed in.
