Synthera DocsBefore downloading or launching a product, complete the steps below. Some requirements may vary depending on the product, so always check its specific guide before making any changes to your system.
1. Check the System Requirements
Make sure your PC meets all requirements listed on the product page and in its System Requirements section.
2. Uninstall Riot Vanguard
Some products may not work while Riot Vanguard is installed.
Follow the official Riot Games guide to completely uninstall it:

Restart your PC after uninstalling Vanguard.
3. Install WinRAR
You will need WinRAR to extract the downloaded product files.
Important
Complete the following BIOS changes only if they are required in the System Requirements for your product. BIOS settings and names may vary depending on your motherboard or laptop manufacturer.
4. Disable Secure Boot
Some products require Secure Boot to be disabled in BIOS.
Follow Microsoft's guide and your device manufacturer's instructions carefully:
Microsoft notes that BIOS changes should be performed carefully because incorrect settings can prevent the PC from starting properly.
5. Enable Virtualization
This product requires CPU Virtualization to be enabled in BIOS.
Depending on your system, the setting may be named:
Intel Virtualization Technology
Intel VT-x
VMX
SVM Mode
AMD-V
Important
If you use an AMD processor, Hyper-V must also be disabled. This requirement does not apply to Intel systems.

If you use the built-in spoofer, disable TPM in BIOS before continuing. If BitLocker or device encryption is enabled, save your recovery key before changing TPM settings.
6. Disable TPM
If your product includes a built-in spoofer, you may also need to disable TPM in BIOS.
Depending on your system, the setting may be named:
TPM
Trusted Platform Module
Intel PTT
AMD fTPM
7. Disable Windows Defender
Disable Windows Defender before downloading or extracting any product files. Otherwise, Windows may automatically remove or quarantine them.

8. Install Runtimes & DirectX
Install all required runtimes and DirectX components before launching the product.
