The loader reports that the file cannot be opened correctly.

This usually indicates that the loader has not been extracted correctly.

Locate the downloaded ZIP/RAR archive.
Extract the complete archive using WinRAR.
Place the extracted files in a dedicated folder.
Launch the extracted executable rather than opening it directly from inside the archive.

For the loader, it is recommended to use a dedicated folder with an English name, preferably located directly on C:\.
