Troubleshooting

If the PC crashes:

1. Restart the computer.

2. Make sure the required Visual C++ runtimes are installed.

3. Run the runtime installation package again if necessary.

4. Restart the PC after installation.

5. Check Windows Event Viewer for additional crash information.

If the system continues to experience BSODs, stop using the application and contact support with the crash details.
