Troubleshooting

If the loader cannot connect to the server:

1. Check that your internet connection is working normally.

2. Restart the loader.

3. Check whether other websites and services are accessible.

4. If the issue continues, try a different network connection.

5. Contact support if the server connection still cannot be established.
