Troubleshooting

• Make sure your Windows PIN, password, or other login security is disabled.

• Download the Device Guard and Credential Guard hardware readiness tool from Microsoft.

• Extract the ZIP archive.

• Open PowerShell as Administrator.

• Run:

Set-ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted -Scope Process

1. Navigate to the extracted tool folder:

cd PUT YOUR FOLDER PATH HERE

1. Run:

.\DG_Readiness_Tool_v3.6.ps1 -Disable

1. Restart the PC.

2. If Windows asks you to confirm disabling Device Guard and Credential Guard, press F3.
