Troubleshooting

1. Open Command Prompt as Administrator.

2. Run the following commands one at a time:

wmic diskdrive get Caption, SerialNumber

wmic baseboard get SerialNumber

getmac

1. Check whether every command completes successfully.

If any command fails with an error, reinstall Windows and check whether the issue remains.
