Overlay Not Clickable

Use these steps if the product overlay appears but you cannot interact with it.

Solution

  1. Reinstall the Medal overlay.

  2. Check for other overlays running over the required overlay.

  3. Check your CPU usage.

  4. If CPU usage is extremely high, close or uninstall applications consuming excessive CPU resources.

  5. Try the product again.

If the issue persists, contact support and include details about the overlays currently running on your system.
