Install Runtimes & DirectX

Install all required runtime components before launching the product.

Visual C++ Runtimes

Download Visual C++ Runtimes

1. Download the Visual C++ Runtimes package using the link above.
2. Extract the downloaded ZIP file to a new folder.
3. Right-click install_all.bat and select Run as administrator.
4. Click Yes on all User Account Control prompts.
5. Wait until all runtime installations are complete.

DirectX

Download DirectX

1. Download dxwebsetup.exe using the link above.
2. Run dxwebsetup.exe.
3. If offered, uncheck Install the Bing Bar.
4. Follow the installation instructions and wait for DirectX to finish installing.
