Install Visual C++ Runtimes

The supplied materials provide two runtime download sources:

Download the supplied Visual C++ runtime package.
Extract the archive to a new folder using WinRAR.
Right-click install_all or install_all.bat, depending on the downloaded package, and select Run as Administrator.
Click Yes for all UAC prompts.
Allow all Visual Runtime installations to complete. Individual installations may take several minutes depending on your internet connection.
