Troubleshooting

1. Open Command Prompt as administrator.

2. Run:

wmic diskdrive get Caption, SerialNumber

1. Then run:

wmic baseboard get SerialNumber

If either command fails with an error, the supplied troubleshooting instructions recommend reinstalling Windows and checking whether the problem is resolved.
