Window Not Found / Code 0xE9D52

  1. Close the game and loader, then restart your computer.

  2. Run Medal as an administrator.

  3. Disable Medal’s overlay in its settings, as instructed by the supplier for this error. Keep Medal running.

  4. Follow our Discord Overlay Setup guide.

  5. Enable the Discord overlay for ARC Raiders and keep Legacy Overlay disabled.

  6. Open the game and confirm that the Discord overlay appears in-game.

  7. Repeat the product’s launch process.

  8. Once the launcher is ready and the game is at the main menu, focus the game and press F2.

If the error continues, contact Synthera Support with the exact error message.
