Troubleshooting

1. Check that you are pressing Insert, rather than another key with a similar label.

2. If necessary, follow our Remap a Key to Insert guide.

3. Close the game and loader.

4. Restart the required overlay as an administrator.

5. Repeat the launch process and test the menu key again.

If the problem persists, contact Synthera Support and mention which overlay you use.
