Open Command Prompt as administrator and run these commands one at a time:

wmic diskdrive get Caption, SerialNumber

wmic baseboard get SerialNumber

getmac

If any command fails, the supplied instructions recommend reinstalling Windows and checking whether the issue is resolved.
