Troubleshooting

1. Close Rust and the loader.

2. Restart Medal. If the problem continues, reinstall Medal using our Medal Overlay Setup guide.

3. Close other overlays that may interfere with the required overlay.

4. Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager.

5. Check CPU usage. If it remains close to 100%, close unnecessary applications.

6. Repeat the launch process with Rust in Borderless mode.

Do not uninstall unrelated applications solely to troubleshoot this error. If the overlay remains unresponsive, contact Synthera Support.
