Unsupported Firmware

Record the exact error before changing your computer's firmware or disk configuration.

To collect system information:

  1. Press Windows + R.

  2. Enter msinfo32 and press Enter.

  3. Note the BIOS Mode and your processor model.

  4. Send these details and the error to Synthera Support.

The supplied requirements list UEFI and GPT for Intel systems. Confirm that this applies to your current loader before making changes.

Предупреждение

Do not switch Legacy/UEFI mode or convert the system disk without a backup and a device-specific plan. Changing firmware mode without a compatible Windows installation may prevent the computer from booting.
