Overlay Not Clickable

  1. Close the game and loader.

  2. Restart Medal. If necessary, reinstall it using our Medal Overlay Setup guide.

  3. Close other overlays that may interfere.

  4. Open Task Manager with Ctrl + Shift + Esc and check CPU usage.

  5. If CPU usage stays close to 100%, close unnecessary applications.

  6. Repeat the launch process with the game in Borderless mode.

If the overlay remains unresponsive, contact Synthera Support. You do not need to uninstall unrelated applications as a first troubleshooting step.
