Install Runtimes and DirectX

Install the required Visual C++ Runtimes and DirectX components.

Visual C Runtimes

Download Visual C Runtimes.
Extract Visual-C-Runtimes-All-in-One-Feb-2024.zip into a new folder.
Run install_all as administrator.
Select Yes for all UAC prompts.
Wait for the installation to finish.

DirectX

Download DirectX.
Run dxwebsetup.exe.
Clear the Install Bing Bar checkbox.
Complete the installation.
