Window Not Found or Code 0xE9D52

If the loader reports that the window was not found or displays error 0xE9D52, configure the required overlays before trying again.

Solution

  1. Restart your computer.

  2. Run Medal as administrator.

  3. Disable the Medal overlay from the top-left area of Medal.

  4. Enable the Discord overlay.

  5. Open Apex Legends and confirm that the Discord overlay appears in-game.

  6. Disable Discord's legacy overlay.

  7. Once everything is configured, press F2 again.

If the issue persists, contact support and include a screenshot and the exact error code.
