Prepare Your System

Remove conflicting security, anti-cheat, debugging, and overlay software before launching the product.

Complete the following preparation before running the loader:

  1. Make sure Apex Legends and the Krush loader are closed.

  2. Remove any external antivirus software from your system.

  3. Remove any debugging programs.

  4. Disable or uninstall active third-party anti-cheat software, including FACEIT and Riot Vanguard. See also Remove Conflicting Software.

  5. Disable unnecessary overlays, including Overwolf, SteelSeries, Steam, and any other overlay not required for Krush.

  6. Enable SVM for AMD or VT-x for Intel in BIOS.

  7. Disable Secure Boot in BIOS.

  8. Disable TPM.

  9. If you use an AMD CPU, disable Hyper-V.

Important

Restart your computer if Windows or your BIOS requires it for the changes to take effect.
