Open Command Prompt as administrator.

Enter each command separately and wait for each one to finish before running the next:

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

sfc /scannow

Restart the PC.
