If support confirms that Defender Control is required:
Download Defender Control only from the official Sordum website.
Open the downloaded archive using an archive extraction program.
If the archive asks for a password, enter:
sordum
Extract the files before opening the application.

The password is lowercase and has no quotation marks. It is the password for the Defender Control archive, not your Ancient account, product license, or loader.
Warning
Disabling security protection reduces your computer's protection. Do not disable additional security features without a confirmed requirement, and restore changed settings when they are no longer needed.
If a download is blocked, do not assume the detection is harmless. Confirm the download source and contact support before proceeding.
