Windows Hello Sign-In Setting or PIN Is Enabled

  1. Open Windows Search.

  2. Type Sign-in Options and open it in Settings.

  3. Find the following option under the additional sign-in settings:

For improved security, only allow Windows Hello sign-in for Microsoft accounts on this device (Recommended)

  1. Make sure this option is disabled.

  1. Open PIN (Windows Hello).

  2. Make sure a PIN is not configured.

  3. If a PIN is currently set, remove it and make sure a password is configured for the Windows account instead.

  4. If required, download and run the supplied sign-in/Hyper-V fix.

The supplied file automatically restarts the PC after approximately 10 seconds.
