NVIDIA Overlay Setup

Enable and initialize the NVIDIA Overlay for products that require it.

Some products use the NVIDIA Overlay to display their menu. Follow this guide only when your product instructions specify NVIDIA as the required overlay.

Note

This overlay requires a supported NVIDIA graphics card.

Install the NVIDIA App

Download the NVIDIA App from the official NVIDIA website:

Open the downloaded installer.
Follow the on-screen instructions to install the app.

Complete the Initial Setup

Open the NVIDIA App.
Complete or skip the initial setup screens.
Wait for the main NVIDIA App window to open.

Enable NVIDIA Overlay

Open Settings in the NVIDIA App.
Locate NVIDIA overlay.
Turn the setting on.

Initialize the NVIDIA Overlay

Keep the NVIDIA App running.
Open the product loader.
Click Load in the loader.

Warning

If the loader reports that the overlay is not initialized, turn NVIDIA overlay off and then on again. After that, try loading the product again.
